Our story

BotsCrew started with a simple obsession: how humans talk to technology—and how conversational interfaces can remove friction from everyday work. We were building conversational AI before “GenAI” had a name, and we’ve spent the years since turning early experiments into production-ready AI systems for global brands.

2016

The moment conversational experiences go mainstream, and we build our first chatbot for Musement, and land our first client project.

2016 (Aug 21)

The team moves to Bali and officially starts BotsCrew.

2017

Named the #1 chatbot development company by Clutch—and we’ve remained in top positions for 9 years straight.

2017–2018

We expand the team, move into a bigger office, and begin delivering solutions for brands like Novartis, Natera, and Virgin Holidays.

2019

We travel to Australia to help create the world’s first legal office without lawyers and launch Ailira.

2019

We productize our delivery experience into reusable infrastructure.

2020

While the world paused, we kept shipping, helping Moderna recruit patients for COVID vaccine trials.

2021–2023

We expand enterprise AI delivery capabilities, partnering with global brands and Fortune-level organizations while strengthening expertise in conversational AI, automation, and secure enterprise-grade implementations.

2022

We begin early experimentation with GPT-based technologies, exploring enterprise use cases, governance approaches, and real-world deployment patterns ahead of mainstream adoption.

2023 (Apr)

We launch one of our first large-scale generative AI production solutions for the FIBA World Championship, delivering a multilingual fan engagement experience powered by real-time conversational AI.

2023

Building on early deployments, we expand generative AI delivery across enterprise clients, applying our expertise in conversational systems, security, and large-scale AI solution delivery to a new generation of AI agents.

2024

Named a Top Generative AI Company by Clutch.

2025 (Jan)

We join CourtAvenue to deliver AI programs at enterprise scale.

AI right now feels like a gold rush, with FOMO-driven decisions, hectic implementations, and chaotic pilots that never make it past the demo. We’ve also seen “AI experts” who were blockchain experts, AR/VR enthusiasts, and growth hackers suddenly rebranding as AI transformation leaders overnight.

Nazar co-founded BotsCrew in 2016, growing it into a global leader in conversational and generative AI solutions for clients like Honda and Samsung. With a PhD in Applied Math and ongoing executive education at Stanford, he combines technical depth with entrepreneurial vision. Nazar leads discovery workshops and consulting sessions that help enterprises identify the right AI opportunities and avoid costly missteps. He ensures every AI strategy is practical, scalable, and business-driven.

Max Gladysh

Co-Founder & CMO

Max leads BotsCrew’s client-facing AI strategy, guiding enterprises through discovery phases and consulting engagements that turn vague ideas into high-ROI implementations. With nearly a decade of experience, he helps executives clarify use cases, validate assumptions, and design scalable solutions. Under his leadership, BotsCrew has launched AI copilots, automation, and decision-making tools across industries, from healthcare to logistics. Max brings a sharp, outcomes-first approach to every engagement.

Oleh, BotsCrew's CTO and co-founder, designed the BotsCrew Enterprise Platform to deliver secure, scalable AI for global enterprises. With a Master’s in AI, he is recognized for pioneering Agentic AI and solving complex integration challenges. During discovery and consulting, Oleh leads technical feasibility assessments, ensuring strategies are grounded in real-world execution. He helps enterprises turn ambition into solutions that work across enterprise systems.

David is also the founder of Genjo.ai and the author of Raising Engineers, reflecting his focus on building high-performing engineering teams and delivering impactful digital products.
